What we are?
We are a dynamic firm offering outstanding client services and a comprehensive range of professional adroitness and business skills. Our 5 partners, few associates and over 140 staffs operating from 2 offices as on April 2015 across Bangladesh have accomplished a first class reputation of professional excellence within the country and beyond.
Where we now serve from?
We have offices in Dhaka and Sylhet, Bangladesh. Our clients, both individuals and business entities, in order to resolve their business problems come to us for professional services and active help in developing their commercial opportunities. Alternatively we also like to render for them specific one off service.

We can provide services within and beyond Auditing, and Accounting. Our service portfolio also include but is not limited to Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms, SEC, Board of Investment, Central Bank, Pre-IPO advisory, Feasibility studies, New project set up and financial forecast etc. Our services include but are not limited to Audit and Assurance, Business & Share Valuation, Management Consultancy & IPO, VAT & Taxation Service, Corporate Advisory & RJSC and Insolvency & Liquidation.
Correspondent Firm of RSM International Network :
Masih Muhith Haque & Co. is a correspondent to the RSM network. The RSM network is a network of independent accounting and advisory firms each of which practices in its own right. The RSM network is not itself a separate legal entity of any description in any jurisdiction. Correspondent firms are not themselves members of the RSM network but, as a correspondent agree to provide services and advice to clients of members of the RSM network in locations where the RSM network does not have any member firm representation. As a correspondent firm Masih Muhith Haque & Co. is expected to meet all legal and regulatory standards of an independent accounting and advisory firm in Bangladesh and to conduct its audit and accountancy practice in accordance with, at a minimum, the International Standards on Auditing and the International Standards on Quality Control and to comply with the IFAC Code of Ethics for professional accountants. "
RSM network is administered by RSM International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 404598) whose registered office is at 11 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DU. The brand and trademark RSM and other intellectual property rights used by members of the network are owned by RSM International Association, an association governed by article 60 et seq of the Civil Code of Switzerland whose seat is in Zug. |

History:
The firm was founded in 1985. It was co- founded by Masih Malik Chowdhury. It took a new turn in 2004 and shifted its office to its own premise in present location. It looks forward into expanded network with new partners from younger streams. The second generation to the founders are already the entrants. The wider horizon of the firm is now very proactive & vividly visible. The HR of the firm currently numbers to over 140 in two offices, Dhaka & Sylhet. From a modest 4 in 1985 its growth depicts it’s slow & steady rise since inception. It’s Journey to date is a mission with 30 years enriched experience till 2015. |
