Overview:

We contribute for our clients to the holistic financial management of global wealth and the construction and implementation of bespoke investment transactions or programmes.

Our principal services in wealth management cover:

Wealth Solutions

   Risk mitigation strategies – bespoke hedging for a variety of investing strategies and asset classes either on singular or collective exposure. Applicable to liabilities as well.
   Generation - we are able to construct in a transparent manner tailor-made investment strategies or vehicles across a group of leading financial institutions.
   Replication strategies – creating synthetic exposure to selected illiquid asset categories.
   Access - alternative solutions for executing transactions when there are impediments.
   Pre-allocation exposures - creating reasonable proxies of market or specific exposure before allocation, together with exit strategy for the proxy. This can also be applied for divestments.

Investment Management
For certain clients, we are identifying and introducing innovative investment opportunities, mainly but not exclusively in alternative asset classes.

Wealth Advisory and Investment Controlling

   Analysis and evaluation of global wealth in terms of strategic asset allocation, investment performance, comparison with benchmarks or peers, risk monitoring as well as control of fees and cost savings.
   Evaluation and selection of banks and asset managers, representation of clients in dealings with financial institutions.
   Independent performance measurement and risk monitoring based on a comprehensive consolidation of assets/investments using state-of-the-art reporting and analytical tools.

Some of these services are partially provided by very large private banks; Our advantage as an independent advisor and solutions provider is that we have no in-house generation bias in any offering , can negotiate costs, price and can provide solutions across a few banks in a manner that is otherwise difficult and costly to implement. This open platform is adaptable to the various clients and situations encountered worldwide.
