Summit Management offers independent Board members to investment structures. In an increasing regulatory environment, we place a high degree of importance on corporate governance and focus on directors duties. To help achieve this, our directors act for a limited number of clients to ensure that they have the appropriate time to devote to their directors duties and responsibilities.

Our Directors have a considerable level of experience acting as independent non-executive Board members on a personal level to investment funds, structured and asset finance transactions, trust companies, fund managers and fund administrators.

Investment Funds

Our Directors have been involved in various aspects of the funds business including establishment, accounting, administration and Directorships since 1992. They have acted as Directors to a large variety of funds including hedge funds, fund of funds, money market funds, real estate and private equity funds established as corporate and partnership entities in the Cayman Islands, BVI and Jersey.

Structured Finance

Our Directors have extensive experience acting as Directors to SPVs in the Cayman Islands. They have been directly involved in acting as Directors on a variety of structured finance transactions including securitizations, asset financings, Islamic financings, CDOs, group restructurings and note and commercial paper programmes involving financial institutions based in the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
