MountainView Management Company

   Manages the MountainView Mortgage Opportunities Funds
   Provides investment opportunities in residential whole loans

MountainView IPS

   Provides analytics for the valuation of fixed income securities and residential whole loans
   Can also provide cash flow projections and stress/scenario testing

MountainView Servicing Group

   Provides analytics for the valuation of residential mortgage servicing rights (MSRs)
   Assists with the accounting activities associated with the MSR asset
   Advises residential MSR sellers and buyers

MountainView Risk Advisors

   Provides solutions for managing the risks associated with residential MSRs
   Allows holders of the asset to hire risk management experts at a fraction of the cost of having in-house staff

MountainView Securities

   Provides trading lines to help mortgage bankers hedge origination pipelines
   Trades fixed income securities
