Manulife International Holdings Limited (MIHL) is a member of Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC), which is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. MFC operates in 22 countries and territories and its common shares are listed on the stock exchanges of Toronto, New York, Hong Kong and the Philippines.

MIHL is the holding company of Manulife's various business operations in Hong Kong, China, Macau and Taiwan.

In Taiwan, the acquisition of Fuhwa Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. (now named as Manulife Asset Management (Taiwan) Co., Ltd.) in 2008 has also significantly strengthened Manulife's asset management product platform and distribution channels in the market.

Manulife Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. (MAMHK) and Manulife Provident Funds Trust Company Limited (MPFTC) are the other two subsidiaries of the MIHL group of companies based in Hong Kong.
