Our Investment Advisory Division, Zenith Capital Investment Advisors, LLC (ZCIA), provides our clients with strategic advice on portfolio investments, private holdings and asset allocation. Our firm is a registered Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Through our Asset Management Division, Zenith Capital Asset Management, LLC (ZCAM), is the General Partner and Portfolio Manager for the firms flagship investment fund, the Zenith Capital Global Opportunities Fund, LP.
Whether our clients are United States nationals or residents, non-U.S. persons overseas or cross-border families, the opportunities and solutions we present are global in nature. Our clients' cosmopolitan make-up ensures that we look at the entire world as a source, without consideration for our own geographic location -- or theirs.

As Registered Investment Advisors, we work with successful individuals, their families and family offices to provide a broad asset allocation vision for their wealth. We are able to work with our clients' existing professionals or introduce our clients to the leading institutions and professionals with which we work to provide additional forms of assistance such as tax strategies, estate planning or philanthropic involvement.
Before our close-knit team determines overall strategies for our clients, we discuss each client's hopes and plans, goals, tolerance for risk, concerns and present financial situation. We then put their money to work in a program tailored to their unique goals and requirements.

Through the firm's Asset Management Division, Zenith Capital Asset Management, LLC (ZCAM), we manage a private investment fund, the Zenith Capital Global Opoprtunities Fund, LP (ZCGOF) a Delaware Limited Partnership. ZCAM is the General Partner and Portfolio Manager for the ZCGOF and draws upon the full resources of the firm. The partners and employees not only lend their respective expertise but have significant capital of their own invested in the ZCGOF.
The Zenith Capital Global Opportunities Fund, LP follows a strict value discipline, identifying and investing in undervalued, Large Cap, high dividend paying securities and overlaying a proprietary options strategy developed and managed by the team to generate additional income as well as to mitigate overall portfolio risk. The fund seeks to generate total return by a combination of 1) Option Income through the sale of options, 2) Dividend Income, and 3) Stock Appreciation. |
