   Kairos Investment Management Limited, based in London, specialized in managing single-manager alternative funds and multi-manager funds (authorized and regulated by the FCA);

       Kairos Investment Management Limited - UK Stewardship Code
       Kairos Investment Management Limited - Compliants
   Kairos Asset Management SA, based in Lugano, with an exclusive focus on portfolio management.

Kairos Investment Management SpA is the Holding, based in Milan, who manages Italian companies belonged to the Group Kairos.

History:

Kairos was founded in 1999 as an entrepreneurial project in the asset management sector.

The project was launched by a team of partners with the same vision to create an Italian excellence independent from the main Industry’s logics.

The ownership, with a significant management participation in share capital, and partners investments in the same products they manage, guarantee the absence of conflicts of interest and the alignment with the clients’ interests.
