Up From Humble Roots

In 1972, John Pfefferle formed Pfefferle Realtors. His fledgling company started by selling residential real estate and appraising properties. In 1980, Pfefferle Realtors changed its name to Pfefferle Investments, Inc., expanding into commercial development and commercial real estate.
Spurring Wisconsin’s Economic Growth

From 1982 to the present, Pfefferle Investments has developed a book of business of specializing in the management of commercial real estate, the sales of commercial investment properties and the development of many major commercial projects in the Fox Cities area. Pfefferle Investments has been involved in the development and management of well over 400 million dollars of property in the past 20 years.
Caring for Their Fox Cities Home

In 1991 Pfefferle formed Quality Building Services (QBS) to create the core for his commercial property management division. Pfefferle Investments and Quality Building Services jointly worked in the areas of real estate management, sales and development of residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout the Fox Valley area.
Wisconsin-Based, Worldwide Clout

In 2002, Pfefferle Investments and Quality Building Services merged their operations under the name of Pfefferle Companies. Also in 2002, Pfefferle Companies became affiliated with Grubb & Ellis Company, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate firms. We are pleased to now be a part of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank who employs more than 12,000 professionals, operating from more than 320 offices in established and emerging property markets on five continents.
